Terms of Service

AlleyCat is an online platform that helps local businesses publish deals, offers, and loyalty programs, and helps nearby customers discover them. The Service is provided by HolmesLabsLLC.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AlleyCat. Businesses must have authority to represent the business they list. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misrepresent identity.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account.

Businesses may create listings, publish deals, run boost campaigns, and manage refunds through the dashboard. All deals must be accurate, lawful, and honored as described. Misleading pricing, fake discounts, or illegal offers are prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for the platform.

Subscription and boost payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan or boost, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize us to charge your payment method. Refund requests may be submitted through the dashboard and are subject to review and approval.

You agree not to use the Service to harass, defraud, spam, or harm others; to scrape or abuse our APIs; to upload malicious code; or to interfere with the operation of the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Users may rate and review businesses. Ratings must reflect genuine experiences and may not be manipulated, purchased, or used to attack competitors. We may remove reviews that violate this policy.

AlleyCat and its branding, content, and software are owned by HolmesLabsLLC. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes between users and businesses, or for the quality or availability of any business’s products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
